Rules for 2019 Spring Premier Raffle winners will be notified


Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be either a business entity or an individual 18 years or older at time of entry purchase. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Online entry purchasers providing Ingham County Pheasants Forever with a valid email address will receive confirmation number(s) by return email. This is the only confirmation that will be provided. For all other entry purchasers, ticket confirmation number(s) will be emailed within five (5) business days of purchase. Questions concerning ticket confirmation number(s) should be directed to the "Raffle Administrator," at the address listed below. Orders which cannot be confirmed will be cancelled. By entering the Raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Raffle's rules and regulations. Ingham County Pheasants Forever officers and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate in 2019 Spring Premier Raffle winners will be notified .


311 tickets will be sold at $100. Drawing date is 03-08-2019, for which entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM CST on 03-08-2019. Raffle will be drawn at Eagle Eye Country Club. Need not be present to win.


N/A prizes will be awarded. The approximate retail value of all combined prizes is MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price), based on pricing at the time of prize selection. All MSRPs are rounded to the nearest dollar. Prizes may not be exactly as shown on the web site and are based on availability. Winners are responsible for shipping and taxes, if required. Ingham County Pheasants Forever reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or lesser value if unforeseen event happens and prize is not available.


All winners will be notified via email or phone where available by the Raffle Administrator. All Prize winners must claim their prize after N/A. Five (5) business days after the completion of the Drawing, entry purchasers can access to check prize winning raffle ticket numbers. Also, at that time, names of the prize winners will be available on the website.


All winners will be instructed as to how to claim their prize at the time of notification by the Raffle Administrator. Any questions should be relayed to the Raffle Administrator at the contact information below.


By entering the Raffle, entry purchasers agree that Ingham County Pheasants Forever will not sell your personal information to any 3rd party entity for any purpose whatsoever unless required in order to provide the service that you are purchasing.


Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize), release Ingham County Pheasants Forever, and its respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use and distribution of the prize(s) awarded. If a potential winner does not comply with the Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize or a cash equivalent will revert to Ingham County Pheasants Forever.
